LOCALLY ROASTED.  Before serving our first drop of our locally-roasted coffee, we sampled a wide variety of different beans and blends before choosing our final roasts - 100% Arabica Beans

Our organic blends are fairly traded and craft roasted in small batches so that we can always offer a fresh tasting cup of coffee.


The Rail Trail Cafe offers four distinct roasts:

The further North you travel in Italy, beans are roasted lighter and more gently - That serves as the profile for our delicious Rail Trail Espresso  perfectly crafted from a blend of Columbian, Brazilian and Peruvian beans.

Deep, dark, earthy and balanced. Our signature Dark Roast  rises to perfection with hints of molasses and chocolate. A true low-acidic blend of beans from South America.

Crispy acidity, with flavours of nuts, cocoa and spices. A blend focused around the  Central American coffee plantations and a perfect partner for pastries .

Using the Swiss Water process (solvent free), our favourite espresso roast is offered full of flavour without the caffeine.
